Aporia: Beyond the Valley ist ein ruhiges mystery adventure, welches die Geschichte von Ez’rat Qin, einer einst mächtigen Zivilisation erzählt, die heute nur noch aus zerfallenden Ruinen besteht. Wir erwachen nach mehreren hundert Jahren Tiefschlaf in einem verlassenen Land ohne jegliche Erinnerungen an unsere Vergangenheit. In dieser dunklen aber zugleich wunderschönen Welt gilt es herauszufinden wer wir sind und was genau geschah. Aporia: Beyond the Vellay zählt zu den ruhigeren Adventures und erinnerte an Titel wie. z.B. Submerged oder The Vanishing od Ethan Carter.
